As the lead designer, I spearheaded a heuristic evaluation of our existing order process using Nielsen Norman’s 10 Usability Heuristics. I managed a cross-functional team of four UX designers, developed the evaluation framework, and ensured every screen was rigorously audited. This initiative proved to be a major breakthrough, uncovering critical usability gaps that we prioritized and integrated into the product backlog for immediate resolution.
